One of the perks of being so far "downunder" is that you get to be first to see a new day, or in this case a New Year. So even though the blogger date says Dec 31, 2008, it is actually Jan 1, 2009 here, and it looks like it's going to be a great year. It's like being in the future! Who says time travel isn't possible. Happy New Year everyone.
